22 Sept 2009: Rocket Man Launch Leamington Spa
The brand new show, performing the very best of Elton John, opened at the Royal Spa Centre, with special guests in the audience including Bev Bevan (The Move), Tony Iommi (Black Sabbath), Nick Owen (Midlands Today) and many others.
Jasper Carrott said: “What a fantastic show –those marvellous songs that we all grew up with – Elton’s glitz and glamour, his style, I kept expecting a diva-like tantrum any minute!”
